$Confidential Crime Victim’s Rights – Recovery against a local gas station for the family of a 29 year old man who was shot in the face at point blank range by a crazed gunman. The gas station tried to argue that their insurance policy excluded intentional acts.

$Confidential Crime Victim’s Rights – Recovery for the mother of a boy who was shot at close range by an acquaintance as the acquaintance was showing off his gun. The gunman claimed that the gun accidentally discharged and the police declined to press charges. We won the case against both the gunman and the owner of the home where the shooting took place.

$Confidential House Fire – Recovery for the father of a 3 year old boy who died in his sleep when a trailer he was staying in caught fire in the middle of the night. The boy and his mother died in the fire. We were able to recover against the Mobile Home owner, the Tenant and the excess carrier for the owner of the mobile home. A prior attorney dropped the case and told the client there was no chance of recovery.
