Francine Molina has been working with Jason Turchin, Esq. since 2002. She is the office manager and head paralegal of the firm. Her legal career started in 1992 as a receptionist, and she began working for Florida personal injury lawyers Bernstein and Maryanoff a year later, where she became the lead coordinator of their PIP department. Her efforts as a PIP coordinator grew the department to one of the largest in South Florida, overseeing more than 1000 cases. She worked with Jason Turchin, Esq. at Bernstein and Maryanoff for nearly 6 years before Jason opened up the Law Offices of Jason Turchin. Francine left Bernstein and Maryanoff to join the Law Offices of Jason Turchin in 2012.

By providing excellent customer service, and by way of her caring nature, Francine takes priority in working to ensure that our clients’ legal needs are met, and that their best interests are regarded. In addition to working on select cases, she is also very dedicated to managing the firm.
Prior to working in the legal industry, Francine was an Optician’s apprentice and managed an Optometric practice for 12 years. During this time, she cared for patients’ needs, as well as managed the practice in all business aspects including administration, accounting, sales, and payroll.
Francine’s education include Paralegal courses at Briarcliffe College, and an Associates in Arts degree in Education and Psychology. Throughout her working career, she also attended several management and administrative seminars.
Francine’s charitable contributions include: St. Jude’s Hospital, Goodwill, and the Alzheimer’s Association.
